omega using alot of oil

Hi all since iv had the omega its been fine but over the last week or too its been using alot of oil and the drive dont feel right its not as smooth.theres no white mayo on the filler cap or on the dip stick anyone on wot it can be

Any smoke. Any leaks :question Check plugwells for oil :)

i have seen it smoke every now and again.as for oil in plug holes will have to have alook.if there is wot does that mean

The engine in my omega is the old 2.0 8v u say the cam cover gaskit is that as in the rocker cover gaskit

Oil in plugwells not an issue with the SOHC. Have you checked for leaks all over :question

And blocked breathers which can increase crank case pressure resulting in more oil past the stem seals and rings.
