Now i know why DHL are affectionatly known as DH Hell

FAILED to turn up to pick up two parcels that customers are expecting........someones ear is going to bleed when they answer the Dog and Bone tomorrow am  

Is it just me or have i heard similar gripes about them on here from others....they simply didnt turn up !!!

I was thinking about buying one of these. What brand did you buy?

A cheap one. I was testing the water. Any good and I might have bought a decent one. A lot of interference on all frequencies and very poor sound quality (almost mono)

My wife bought a bean bag on Ebay last week.  Delivered by DHL (white anonymous van - not the usual colour scheme).   She knows it was him because she saw him leaving.  Didn't knock on the door though - just left the package, which had split open, out in the weather.  grr

I always use UPS for work and IMHO i have found it to be a first class service. I need to get lubricating oils sent out for urgent analysis so i need a good reliable company.

DHL won't deliver to some parts of East London as it is to dangerous for their drivers but will still deliver to Iraq  

And as for parcel force they are useless, took them 3 weeks to deliver a watch as they said they lost it
