Here we go

I ordered a new TV last week and was told delivery would be today between 7am and 7pm but if I called on the day of delivery they could give me an ETA. Called this morning at 7.45am, gave my details which the girl couldn't find on the system but was told the van driver would call me before 10.00am. 10.30am I call them again because the driver hasn't phoned, different girl asks for order No, she types it in, no info, she asks for my name and post code, she types it in, no info, she then says if the driver hasn't phoned in the next hour call them back. So I said is the delivery going to be today, she says oh yeah. I thinking my TV aint going to be delivered today :'(

Yep

I don't mind that sh*t happens, its when they dont come clean. I will be waiting in all day when I have got to go the Chester and drop some work off >:(

The wifes new Frigde Freezer will be here at 1.00 and I will be off to Chester at 2.00. sorted

You might get delayed if you set the new TV up before you go out....
