cruise controll help

my cc only works for about 5-10mins of driving then wont go back on again.
doesnt cut out when its on though just wont go back on after turning of or if i dont use it and go to use it after 5 r 10mins it wont go on


any suggestions?

I would suspect the switch first.  If you post your location, there may be someone near, who could lend you one, so you can try before you buy.  Remember yours is the two wire job, not three like the Petrol models.   ::)

any suggestions?
try paperclip test on it, see if engine ecu is detecting a fault

in limp mode, cruise may be disabled....

No, of course the EML doesn't come on - its a BMW system, and having the EML come on would deem them as reliable as they truely are ;D
