Fella goes to the doctors....

....and says "I've got a really strange complaint doc" Doc (disinterested) "Oh yeah, what's that?"
"Well, when I fart, it doesn't stink. Oh, here comes one now."

Lets out a real rip snorter "There, told you, no smell"

Doc-"You'll have to go hospital for an operation"

"What? On me ar*e?"

"No, on yer nose yer dirty b*stard. Get out"
