got it home and waited for the car to cool down abit then topped it back up  :y
pulled the stereo out and checked if i could see and water ............ nowt  :'(
checked the footwells .............. nowt  :'(
heaters / cooling seems too work ok  :y

its now pumping out about a pint of water in 10 minuites driving and i can't see any puddles  :'(

hmmm where its gone is stange, but loss 'could' be an air lock.

let the car run (stationary) with heaters on hi, no header cap on the tank

squeeze any pipes you can see, that should sort any air lock.

once its cooled, you can top up to correct level and monitor for any loss.

presume no oil in water?  and no mayo gunk on dispstick?
is your hbv dry?

there is a guide (see my sig)

basically wipers and scuttle off, then you have enough room to get something in to release the clips and slide the pipes off.

you will get scratched to hell!

some remove plenum, but not needed.
