On mine I just turn them side to side and pull at the same time. To refit it is just a push.

No problem mate, yeah had a nosey around IKEA and ended up buying a rug for the front room :y

As you are replacing the lights...just undo the 3 bolts to remove light (after removing centre grille and the under light lip things) and then fiddle about removing the plugs in the lights when its loose...much easier :y

But doesnt need much of a twist as said twist and pull and there you go if you want to undo it first

It'll be a pre or mini facelift. Jets just pull off, grasp them firmly, pull it out to full extent and a quick sharp tug will see it off. The strips under the headlight are on 'snap' clips (I call them snap clips because they do if you're not very gentle with them!), I can remove the headlights without removing the strips. I reach through from where the grill was to the bolts. :y

On a pre the washer are held on by a little clip which will be visalble when you pull the jet out. Dont break it or you will lose your jets next time you use them. The bits under the lights are3 held on by the clips and a screw behind the grill.
