thats one of the faults mine suffers (along with others)

Im swapping my box out on Friday.

Fluid is clean and correct in mine, but that is the 1st thing to check.

youve now got me wondering if a low atf level would throw a warning up, mine has blown the bellhousing oil seal & emptied the box, but despite this i didnt get a warning on the MID, im wondering if your problem is just a g/box solenoid fault from 3-4 :-/ :-/

atf and filter change seems to have cured same problem I was getting. Did not get fluid level right first time and problem recurred briefly. Rechecked and got it to correct level and touch wood no further problems.

There is a "how to" post on here somewhere.
