New Job
« on: 13 December 2007, 22:29:00 »

I got a new job today. :)

No longer I will I be the hated Senior Bank Manager - now I'll be the hated Senior Buisness Manager instead :D

Pay rise :y and best of all I only have to motivate and manage myself each day instead of 25 of my most faithful colleagues :-X

It brings with it a location change too, and now brings me back to Penrith - where I moved from 5 years ago! So 20 mins extra travelling each way along the M6 each day.  The wife clearly doesn't understand - she has suggested I buy a diesel car or even something smaller like a Corsa as mine will cost too much in fuel >:(

Not bloodly likely - that's why I secured the pay rise to cover all fuel costs + large margin for error8-)

I mentioned LPG - but the enormous drive is only 38 miles daily - so annual mileage may get to 20k so not worth it on my 2.2 unless I keep it 3 yrs+ and DIY install.

Now if I had a 3.2  ::)

Isn't that what the pay rise was for?
