Passenger side, towards back off the box, awkward to get too without the right tool...

My reverse lights sometimes wouldn't light up, especially in winter. Last winter I took off the electrical connector to the switch (as said it's n/s on the gearbox) and sprayed with WD40. They have worked ok since, if sometimes a delayed action.

Would this sort of thing cause a fuse to keep popping?

Would this sort of thing cause a fuse to keep popping? 

If it's the fuse relevent to the reverse switch I'd be checking all the connections first and wiring.
Maybe a bad earth.

The reverse lights on my manual amuse me no end. I park in a dark corner at work and when I pull up, foot on the brake and into reverse... nothing! Take my foot off the brake and reverse lights come on!
