code 73 and 74. how can mass air sensor voltage be high and low. ???

Check the wiring back to the ECU before condemning sensor.  An intermittent short could give you these codes.

clean and refit connector  :y

delete codes and monitor for reoccurence.

not had a 19 as well have you?  that often generates fake MAF errors

wouldnt know where to start, i didnt buy the air sensor brand new anyway so its probably that
