Omega parameters
« on: 11 February 2010, 09:07:19 »

Ok guys. How about a thread that outlines all the parameters that bring up a fail light or fault code on the omega so that Reading the readout from a scanner   Is easier to understand and give us a chance on rectifying the problems

Nice idea, can see some good use, and logic spreadsheets...

ie paste an "My Naff Code Reader" log into a spreadsheet, cells could turn green or red depending on values.

guess you would want readings at cold, and running temp....

That's the sort of thing I have slot of the data I just want to make sure I have it all then i will make the sheet and post it on here. I want to do it for all the systems so more info the better. So come on guys let's make it as good as possible.

I'm going to run "My Naff Code Reader" on mine tonight or tomorrow as I've just received my kit through the post.

Let me know what you want me to save and I'll do it.  Do you want the results mailed to you?

No thankyou. I have the info. I just want to make a spreadsheet that has all the pass/fail parameters in it so if someone puts their into it they can see at a glance if anything is wrong. For eg if the battery showed 9v or 15v then it would then highlight in red. And the same for every other sensor. Once I get people posting the parameters for a failiure then I will program the speadsheet and post it

im not sure anyone will have that data in a useful format. Have you got access to TIS at all, that may give the details  :-/

YEah I got that. Even if people just put the odd bit of info that they know it will be useful
