Hi, clean or mucky water?
Might be door seals around the arch?  :-?

Possibly 2 places of ingress. Do you park on a slope? If so nose up or down?

Check the skuttle drains are clear and as a test sit in the back and get someone to pour water on the sunroof, see if the water level goes up. Possible the rear drain hose has come off the sunroof.

Could be the scuttle drain and its "old" water  .. bit odd if you park nose down .. but worth checking

or possibly the sun roof drains .. if you have a sun roof ??

Edit :  must type faster .. but I found the link ..  :)

If you look in the sunroof well you can see them ... best thing to clean them with is old fashioned netcurtain hanging cable....  but DO NOT push hard .. the pipes are only a push fit on and it is easy to push them right off ... that then needs a sunroof removal to sort .... or so I've been told ...

Not actually done it, but I did clear my old omegas drains using said cable... slightly different problem mind ... on mine the well was flooding

All 4 corners of the sunroof, 1 down each A post 1 down each C post. If it turns out to be one then most likely at the sunroof itself so it'll be a roof lining off job.
