The EGR was unscrewed & i've blanked it off, re-plugged it & its still running rough/stuttering/misfiring!
Could the egr valve be knackered & how would i know?
All the brand new ht leads are on the dis pack in the correct order & fully attached.
i've also pointed out that when the new plugs were taken off individually there were only 2 that made the revs dramatically change whilst the others hardly made a difference when taken off - what could this point to   :-/

RIGHT, that has proved its NOT the EGR then.

So go back to looking for other air leaks

Is it better at higher revs?

It's ok on tick over but when driven it struggles through the gears & have only managed to get it up to about 2800rpm but not taken it higher cos of speed limit on road 
Pipes have been checked for air leaks but nothing found 
If the breather pipes are cleaned do u think that might eliminate the problem?
This is really doing my head in

seconday air injection pump fubar'd. It lives under the passenger side front wing and is there to appease the green brigade. Ignore it or unplug it and then ignore it
