Ok - You have sort of convinced me. 
I will be away from tomorrow for a week but I would be grateful if I can pick this up again on my return.
In the meantime a list of the best places to buy the kit and any other good advice would be appreciated.

Teilo was always a good supplier, but after he was unable to reply to my correspondance, I ended up purchasing it from ebay...
Teilo is, as James said, the person I would recommend you using (PM on it's way

) but he can be hard to get hold of. If you have the time to be patient it's worth it as his kit price includes
everything you need (apart from some bolts sometimes) and is very competitive.
There are quite a few on here who have converted DIY and, as James said, if you can change the Timing belt you're perfectly capable of doing an LPG conversion... It's not particularly complicated if you tackle it methodically. I'll be writing up the V6 guide in the next few days but if you read the 4 Pot guide in the Maintenance Guides section you'll get an idea
