help required wet passenger side foot well

missus just brougt the car home from work and has said the passenger side footwell is a little wet afterthe air con has been on , only just had this re gased the car is a 2.6 v6 cdx , is there any thing i need to be checking ?

just had a look at the one below the pollen filter does seem to have a few leaves at the bottom looks like ive found my job for te weekend  ;)

Have a look under the scuttle n/s. Is there any water in there? There's a grommit right down at the bottom where muck (for want of another word!) settles and needs to flow out. Only place it can go is normally into the passenger footwell. So get your hand as far down as u can (unless u have fat fingers!) & see if u can feel the gromit if not i used a long screwdriver until i pushed the gromit out followed by mucky water. Then u can give it a good clean whilst the gromits dislodged  :y

On the other hand it cud be your HBV leaking but first things first  :)

there is a couple of leaves but nothing major no build up of water
