:)As said, good colour, alloys, should be a dependable family car but will you "love it" like the alfa or a Mig?

Thanks Cem. About 40mpg, which is a nice change.

I put the alfa in against it and paid a small deposit and wangled £250 discount. I financed the balance, works out at £190 a month. I worked out with what I save in fuel, insurance (£600 down to £300) and mot/repair bills, it will pay for itself for at least the first two years.

It will be a different kind of love. Instead of the passion you feel for a new girlfriend, it will be the steady kind of love that you get after the iniitial courtship. You know, the kind of love you feel when the rather thing starts every morning and doesn't need filling up every farts end. ;D

Wow... £190 a month, glad I bought a BMW 840 then, it's positively cheap to run even at 18 MPG ;) Saying that I don't do finance on cars, never have and never will.

Must say the steering wheel looks very nice, much better than the one fitted to the Omega that I'm sure was borrowed from a bus somewhere. It's nice having a nearly new car, but as you know already ::) I'd much rather have an older, but more powerful and more fun car. Then again if you're just doing boring commutes it's almost irrelevant what type of car you're driving, so a sensible car makes errr sense :D.

Still shoulda kept the Alfa tho and banked the £6000 for the repairs and running costs  ;D
