Jaime - will he be doing work on cars? or is this a viewing day only?
He may be doing free work on some cars as part of the open day to show us about geometry

I don't expect it to be done for free, but I really do need Tony to check something out briefly on my Omega...

I want the full monty on my 2.6l but I'm a long way away. If he is going to be doing work (paid for in the normal way, of course), on this day, I'd like to take advantage of this, at the same as putting faces to names.
Is this a possibility?

I shall have to wait for him to respond to that himself.  Due to the time taken to do a car, there is an obvious limit to the number he can actually physically do...

Would love to come along, but really depends on the date agreed, as after 27th I won't be here, so the two dates prior to that are better for me :y

I realise work on many cars will be a non starter due to time & manpower constraints, but personally think it would be very handy to have all attendee's cars measured  (for a fee obviously), which I don't think would take long, and would enable to member to then work out when they can manage a return trip to have any work done, It is a long way for some of us, and would really like a measurement if nothing else so can get an idea    of how important a return trip is.

EDIT

Just spoke to Tony over the phone (need my car re-checked soon...), and he was extremely helpful as always... he mentioned the Open Day idea and proposed something in the line of a Knowledge Day, where one car is chosen 'out of a hat' and gets full calibration while he explains to everyone what exactly he is doing... I obviously leave it to TheBoy to decide on the final make-up of the day, but Tony's idea sounds interesting to me.

He can show us all on my oil burner - LOL

See Meetings section.

To celebrate the opening of the new Wheels-In-Motion centre, Tony from WIM is arranging an open day.

We need to work around his availability, but put up a poll for those who would like to attend and when.

It is near the M1/M25 area...
Sorry but what's wheels in motion? :-?

Wheels that turn.... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
