just got a 71k mile 51 reg cd, (my 5th estate) got few toys and was told i can fit cruise with the alternate stalk and tech2 input, is it this simple ?

hi, 2.6 v6, car has stereo controls on the steering wheel, single cd stereo, heated single button seats etc

Yes it can . Had mine done by Marks DTM on here. you will need the stalk with the cruise controls on and if its a manual you need to check to see if yours has the clutch pedal switch. :y

2.6 may need a clutch switch if manual (have a visual look). Other than that, stalk and a chat with a tech2 :y

forgot to mention its an automatic, i`m in deepest essex but have family oop nth in wigan and come up three or four times a year, next visit will be before xmas if thats any help, would i need to bring the stalk with me and if you can help how much times involved, thx all very much, this place is much better than the goldwing owners club lol

Is this the twin wire jobby ?

To clarify again, car is an automatic 2.6 cd v6 2001 51 reg estate. Steering wheel audio controls, single cd.
