Rear Wiper
« on: 28 December 2010, 15:52:47 »

For a change a quick easy question.
The rear wiper is having trouble clearing the rear screen in the middle of the sweep on the estate. It is all working ok with a new blade on it but seems to lose contact in the middle. Is this just a question of bending the arm slightly or is the spring to weak.

TIA
Kieran

bit of bending and lubing may help, best bet is a new arm  :y

if you changed the blade not the hole wiper, it keeps the shape, estate wiper blades are over toped type, so can fit the curve of the window, if you bend the blade will put mor pressure on the window and cause scratching in the glass. see if you can swap the blades over. :y
