didnt want it to sound like i was making a generalization no offence was meant but it gets my back up when kids of any age are roughed up

Totally agree, I simply do not trust them, they seem to think they are better than anyone else and that their views and ideas should be shared by everyone, and we fall for it time after time.

Yes, my daughter keeps nagging me to go, I have no inclination to go to the US despite the ‘bright lights’ May try and pacifier her and got to Paris, but to be honest France does not appeal either. :-/

I used to feel the same, but actually I quite admire the French now. They have the guts to stand up for themselves and say "b0110cks to that" when things have gone too far. What with everything that's coming out of Brussels these days, and the world climate in general, I bet they don't lose half as much of their national identity as we do ours. It's also a nice place, and the roads... :-*

ive no problems at all with the french  i also admire/ respect the way in which they stand up for themselves .Its the language i cant get my head or tongue around it ive tried, really hard too

Yeah, me too. I know enough to keep myself and my car fed and watered though, and as long as you try to speak their lingo they couldn't be nicer people.

It must be social w&%kers the world over, because when they where needed they all together very USELESS. It still makes me very angry & this is nearly two years later.

now that ive slept on it i think
1, parents are guilty until proven innocent
2,most social workers concentrate on who to blame rather than trying to help the situation
3, its always the kids who suffer and that is a tragedy
    thats just my pennies worth
