Alarm problem - where to start?
« on: 18 May 2008, 00:40:09 »

My alarm has started going off usually about 5 mins after locking the car.  Horn sounder and faint power sounder.  Unlock the car and silence power sounder then re-lock and all ok then.

Very annoying.

Where should i start looking?

Well, the bonnet switch checked out electrically, so I removed the power sounder.

Batterys FUBAR'd and leaked over PCB.  What a surprise  :(

Will try and post some pics later.
