Just started to plumb mine into this car (not fitted originally). So far i've managed to fit........ the switch!  ;D

Then it started to rain......

Silver type are cable tied up. Yours being a 200 model, may be a Black plastic one (that will piss DND Dave off ;D) which will be double sided taped to top of heater duct above pedals.

I know where mine is, on the shelf under my lappy table.
The gnome quickly decided to go on search and came back clutching it in his grubby paws for research purposes you understand. ;D ;D

must have been something wrong with my old cdx tm. Complete waist of space, and 30 sobs. In a year i got 2 peeps out of it 1 in devon and 1 on a3 m25 junction.  Load of crap in my experience. But thats just me be the sound of it.
