nokia car kit
« on: 31 July 2008, 12:28:52 »

Guys have a secondhand nokia car kit and cradle that supports the old nokia 6310 phone, my questions are as follows.
Am i right in believing my miggy is pre wired up behind the glovebox.
Were do most people mount the cradle and can this be done without drilling holes in trim, I only have the squre bracket with 4 holes in it to mount.
were do I get additional leads I think called autoleads from the use mic in interior lamp.
cheers

if you have cellular aerial on roof, prewired.  Mic won't be prewired, but thats easy (up passenger a post, along to sunroof panel, and mount around edge).

dashmount do a variety of 'no holes' brackets - expensive though.

I have holes predrilled on the centre tunnel console shroud as in the photo above, so I guess that and the little ariel should mean that I've got mine prewired.

So all I've got to do now is get the handsfree kit!

is it possible to change the ariel to a beesting type?
