keeps blowing fuses

fuse no. 14 (air con system, blowers etc) its a 30 amp. i've replaced it 4 times in the last 2 weeks . i have'nt got a clue whats causing it . i've also got the little car with spanner picture coming up now and again. any clues anyone?

sounds like a fan seizing up to me.

on the old escort van managed to free it off with the old wd40 (fitted in the scuttle)

dont know where it is/accessable on the mig?

Mine blows when the deivers seat heater gets switched on, have guesed mine is a knackered seat heater.

it only seems to happen when the radio is on. nothing else switched on

Has your radio been changed or altered at all, the radio is fuse 12 so seems odd you are blowing fuse 14.

as far as i know everything is standard and nothing changed ... 2 fuses in last 2 days.

Check all connections and wiring under driver`s seat. May have to be a battery off, seat out jobbie
