Indicator stork switches on headlights
« on: 07 March 2011, 09:18:52 »

Hi

When I use my indicator the or touch the cruise control the main beam switches on. It only takes a little touch to switch it off again.

Any hints <)

Positive side, a lot of people do wave to me these days  ::)

yes, those are the normal 'stalk reached end of working life' symptoms.

Id get a new from vauxhall - look at feel the best
failing that, a new pattern from ebay - but beware they dont 'feel' as good, indicator cancel a little intermittant etc.
only as a last resort would I fit 2nd hand (unless it came 'free' with cruise control kit)
