DAB radio
« on: 17 May 2011, 19:35:36 »

Have one at home - when I move it round the house and re-plug it in it picks up the time straight away.

Any reason my Car one won't pick up the time in the same way?

Internal software settings of the car stereo - probably nothing you can do about it.

Hi Stu,

Yes, I changed from the hopeless windscreen string and went back to external Roof mounted - a JVC DAB aerial for the JVC DAB H/U.

Why you ask?

Do you have an option to enable network time in the setup menu?
If not, then as Dave says it's more than likely a software restriction.

Absolutely no idea! I'll have to see if the incomprehensible manual can shed any light.
Thanks for the suggestion :y
