Not sure why good sellers should be wary.  From a sellers side, non payment is the main issue, and there are other policies in place to deal with that.

There are a lot of suspect sellers who will be miffed, and buyers will be able to leave feedback without fear of repercussion.

I do see it's advantages... but still don't think it's fair if a buyer with unreasonable expectations leaves a seller a negative for something silly... and the seller cannot warn others (via the buyers feedback) that he is difficult to deal with...
