Maintenance guides reindexed

Hi All,
I have now reindexed all the Maint guides (not done the FAQ section yet)

So, all links in the index should point to the version here.
all links inside the guide, should point to related info here (with the exception of a few guides that link to a chat)

The media tags in a few of the guides are currently invalid, but will be resolved one way or another asap.

If you spot any abnormalities not covered above, please let me know and Ill fix them.
