Cat cleaner

Gents,
has anyone ever used cat cleaner treatment? The name of what I know is CataClean is it really so effective as advertised? Any think about any cat cleaner welcomed!

Ive heard it works reasonably, but never tried it.

Can think of 2 (I think) instances where people have failed the MOT on emissions, used cataclean, then gone back for a successful retest.
