Are they current faults, or historic?

Clear them out, see what comes back.

If they do, try the following:

15 - check the wiring around the CTS, some dumbos fitted those stupid egay "chips" resistors....
44 - check sensors for blockages, and check the wastegate moves freely
64 - fill the fuel filter with Diesel Magic, and see what happens onces thats run through (30s or so)

I ve just got in from work and read your answers.
I believe it had the hot start fix done before I purchased the car last November where would I find the device as not very clued up on these vehicles.
any schematics regarding the wastegate and sensors?
I fitted a new fuel filter 4000 miles ago and filled with diesel magic at that time.
I cleared faults but they came back straight away so are current.
Unfortunately any work will have to wait until a week today as work and the fact my son is borrowing the car for the weekend means I can't even look on Sunday. :-\
