Part number for Griffin badge?
« on: 06 January 2012, 21:23:50 »

As above really, for 02 saloon. Seems to be a couple of different ones, maybe for different models; estate, etc.
Mine has two pins - the central one, and the secondary which is to the left, if looking at the back of the badge. Or to the right then, if looking at the front of the badge, eg while on the car.
Does that make sense  :o
If anyone can find out which is the correct one, I'd be extremely grateful.
TIA  :y

Cheers Rob, but I think that's too small? Boot badge is around 81mm? Was thinking either 280801277852 or 280801278469 (sorry don't know how to copy links on the phone  :-[).
Just waiting on the seller getting back to me to ascertain the right pin locations. He did provide part numbers for me earlier though, but the descriptions don't really elaborate too much.

I needed one for her estate recently..

Vauxhall were expensive, and more importantly couldnt get one in a decent timescale!

I searched, but couldnt find one.

used http://www.genuinepartsearch.co.uk/
who found one with a supplier I had already checked with, and for a good price.

Highly recommended.

In my haste to get the wording badges, I've got the wrong 'Vauxhall'  :-[
The letters have a beveled edge almost, compared to 'Omega' (cheers Pete  :y)
The part number for this one I have is 93179480, which must be for a newer style motor.
Ah well back to the drawing board! Car may stay debadged after all  ;D
