Just think he was stopped from selling parts to here I thought  :-\

(Because of Vauxhalls rule, not OOF)

Still there last I heard. Not stopped from selling parts here as such - I still use him - but no longer a TC dealership and not allowed to post stuff  ;)

AndyC gave us the sad news that he wasn't going to be able to do mail-order any more back in 2013 due to changes at Drive Bury St Edmunds

I think he is still there but in a different role. :-\

Finally, at long last, removed the remains of the stuck locking wheel nut. Took it to a mate who has a mig welder, hoping he could weld a nut on top of it and then use a socket to get it off. He had run out of wire for his welder though.  ::)
He got his set of small chisels out of his workshop and proceeded to hammer at it using a small chisel, until the sweat was running off him.
He stopped for a breather and a mouthful of cold beer so I took over. Whacked it twice and it started to turn. It was off the car in 30 seconds.
He swore like a trooper.  ;D

I also replaced my scuttle. but managed to first put the wiper arms on the wrong sides as well as not letting the mechanism park beforehand. yet again it's just another one of those days when I seem to be able to mess up the easiest of jobs.

Fitted a new lamda sensor to the sons Punto. It was effin tight, so I had to chop half of it off so I could get a socket on it, but got there in the end.
Then went to the dentist to have 3 fillings. When I got back, I fitted the o/s wishbone before getting called in for my dinner.
Hopefully fit the other one tomorrow. Down the pub for a couple of soft southern shandies shortly.  :)

Picked it up.. was collected from my home by the sales girl, driven to the dealership and presented with a large package with a bow on it.

She unwrapped my package for me while I stood there:

Would rather see a photo of her unwrapped.
