Omega General Help / Wheel Alignment Help Please
« on: 15 April 2007, 19:55:22 »
Hi,does anyone know of or recommend a garage that does 4 wheel alignment and camber adjustment in Nottinghamshire.....I'm In Sutton-In-Ashfield,know one around here does 4 wheel,I'm hoping the rear wheel wear (inner edge) is due to me carrying excessive weight in boot (3 tool boxes and 2 trolley jacks!).,but would like it checked anyway...any help/advise appreciated......many thanx...Wayne

£800 sounds a good price to me,brake pads are checked for wear but not sure what the limit is, 3mm i think

« on: 14 October 2006, 21:37:05 »
i too have had same problem, replaced tyres, put it in for mot hoping they'd find something, but nothing found (march time),took it and had wheel alignment checked, spot on ,again o/s/f tyre worn in august, tyre replaced, alignment checked yet again, still spot on,found my drivers side lower arm to be warn and damper on same side too, replaced arms and dampers both sides today, then 2 new tyres monday along with yet another wheel alignment check, gonna ask for the camber to be checked too, hopefully it will cure it this time,225/45/17's aren't cheap!...wayne
