Seized rear suspension linkage, notchy steering head bearings, ans a few minors ?
Took mine for its test a few weeks ago.Usual tester (very sensible and noice bloke)was in a meeting, so his colleague (a well known nob) tested it.
He failed it on headlight aim slightly too high.Other bloke would have had a word and told me to adjust it down a tad when I got home, but not him.
Said he would give me a pass if I could sort it in five minutes, and loaned me a screwdriver.
I proceeded to undo all the plastic panels etc.prise them out of the way, find the correct adjuster and adjust aim,all in a blind panic.Just as he decided he was happy with the aim,I turned the bars slightly only to be greeted with a loud crack and see half my screen and the adjacent part of the top fairing (which I had previously plastic welded back into place) fly across the workshop.Everything was pressing on everything else and the strain got too much for the screen when I turned the bars.I was not fookin happy, not happy at all.
