If no oil in the plug wells then I'd be looking at a hot pressure test.  Losing any coolant?

it sounds like something is loose  :o

The real question is which of those codes are recent and which are historical.  Have you one any work on the ar recently as it souds like something is not plugged in properly.

Codes are:

19 - Possible crank sensor on the way out.  But dont replace until you have cleared the codes and reread them
73 - MAF voltage high
74 - MAF voltage low.  These two suggest that the connector is loose.
21 - TPS voltage high
94 - Hall sensor voltage high.  IIRC these sensors are all on the same part of the loom so one of them is loose or disconnected.  Take them all off and push them in until they click properly.

19 is incorrect RPM but it comes from the crank sensor.
I had this a while ago, last time it rained a lot! Came on, went out and never showed it's head again....
You need to clear the codes before trying to re-read them...

Sounds silly but have you removed inlet ram pipe set up recently?

they clear on their own after a while but we need to know which ones are current.  FOr that you need a tech2 or a code reader that will delete codes.  OBD2 I think....

I have a Maxiscan here and I am driving up north on the M6 to see family but I cannot drop by until the 27th.

Edit: just checked, my code reader wont work on the 3.0  :(
