Forgiveness is easier than permission...

Just be Humane, and ensure no other livestock of yours / anyone elses / wild animals can be harmed.

hi kll got a problem with a fox it has made a home under my shed and next doors decking i cant shoot it  the police say that it is a no no because  i live in an estate  has any body got any ideas how i can deter it from coming back

Get yourself one o' these little fellas Oz:

Utterly fearless and with the heart of a lion!

We have no problems with foxes or vermin ... even the (apparently) human variety of the latter ... who once-upon-a-time thought a nearby ghetto 'estate' was their territory ... before he arrived here!

You say it is digging up the garden, are you sure it is a fox ? The only thing that dug small holes in our lawn was a badger. We have a family of foxes that visit our garden, but never have they dug in the garden. The badger on the other hand tunneled under neigbours garage and dug holes in the lawn about1.5 inces wide by 3-4 inches long. It was a young badger.

Please don't put poison down where cats can get it  :(
