Im a full time carer my mrs had a server breakdown 15years ago she is classed as need 24/7 care
and is diagnosed with bi polar paranoid delusions and very bad anxiety and auditory and visual hallucinations
and will never be well now

for obvious reasons we haven been able to sleep in same room for over 10years now

so the bedroom tax is practically making me homeless where they hell do they think i should sleep
we was original moved to a 2 bed council house because on top of every thing else she developed claustrophober.

iv got a poped disk and curvature of spine and chronic pain from it and on  pain killers so sofa is out

and was attempting to jump out of the window in a small one bedroom place

so it impossible for us to move in to a smaller place
fact is councils don't have any any way

govorment have all ready lost a case for disability discrimination in case involving children they did ask to appeal but withdrew as they knew they were on a loser

same reason apply to adults but they deny that
there  is currently a urgent judicial review re disabled adults

i have informed them that we are not paying it full stop
and if they attempt to evict i will sue for discrimination

formal complain of discrimination has been made to our council and our mp who voted against it is supporting that

if they suceed in evicting us and we lose

my mrs will end up in hospital i wont give a toss and will probably  burn the building to the ground
as least i have some where to sleep and they with have to pay rent for jail cell

got a friend that had a spinal tumor too hes totally parlised from about where your nipples are down just under his arms

original he was stuck in a flat and could not leave the flat unless a double ambulance crew carried him.

the council decided to move him to but had no where to put him after MP got involved they had to purchase a and modifi a suitable bungalow
and he need equipment stored for obvious reasons

his wife  screwed his best m8 and left him after that no because of this crap council have no where to put him or move him and councile now are going to take 60quid a week off of him

the crazy thing is as im a full time carear for my wife and she classed as need 24/7 but we cant sleep in same room  if i stay her  there screw us

but if i move out and rent a private flat and she stays here i a 2 bed council property
there's a exemption if you need a carer to stay over night

so there have to pay for both places
but if i stay we will get charged for an extra room

is that insane or what

....a product of the nasty party. :-\....The powers that be are well aware that the majority of people to not have a suitable property  they can downsize to......and if they do it's probably located 150 miles away from family and friends.

Why are people not allowed a 'spare room' to put up mother/father/ friends/family when they stay over?. :-\

they think that us non humans dont have family or friends we are a non -entity so dont deserve family or friends  to be honest they think that because we live on benefits that they the goverment are allowed to control all of our lives and we have no say in the matter
