Front wheel drive though. No interest in ticking that box.

....plus there's that dash surround. Noooooo....... :(

Is yours diesel? If so. .... Does it start? Serious question.

Just fit the proper transmission and forget about it.

That's certainly true in omegas. The manual is antiquated steam powered and Edwardian all at once. Hateful device. Shoveling coal is a better experience ;D

I've only had the displeasure of driving 2 Manual Omega's.  One was a 2.0 GLS and the gear change was akin to playing Cricket on the Wii.  The second was a properly sorted 3.0 MV6 and it was fun, but the gear change was the same.

It's a lardy arsed car, built for cruising, not for hooning.

Now whilst I, in fact we, are now auto converts, we did have a manual Mig, our first, a 2.0L select estate, fab car and I don't remember having any problems with the manual gear change, if anything seem to have good memories if is't ability to change.......  :) :y

No complaints with my manual Omegas, but then I'm not known for following the crowd ::)
