I enjoy reading and re-reading some of the James Clavell epics in the shape of Shogun, Taipan, Noble House and, possibly more recognisable, King Rat and others in the series.

Also enjoy biographies/autobiographies.  Particularly liked Jackie Stewart and Richard Hammonds which covered his crash and its aftermath.
