Such a range, great site this. Only trouble is knowing which ones!

http://www.lpgshop.co.uk/nozzles-for-manifold-and-injectors/

You don't need anything more than a basic M6 nozzle. These'll do fine:

http://www.lpgshop.co.uk/nozzle-o6mm-28mm/

Might even have a tapped V6 manifold in the garage you can have. Haven't looked at the "LPG bits" pile for a few years now.

Thanks Kev, very kind  :y

2.6mm rings a bell but I really can't remember. I know we got mine right and TBE was too big.

Don't forget to add a tank frame and straps to the list  ;)

Well good job you reminded me, the kit has all the gubbins for the tank, apart from the frame/straps!

Given that the tank weighs 32kgs, and is the size it is, I am not in the least surprised ::)

When I've got the kit list together, see what they say. As I would need to take the kit to Brackley anyway, make sure have everything before work started.

Just took 3.2 to work today, school holidays so no traffic and managed a respectable 27mpg, so maybe 21/22 if gassed.

I'm not exactly light footed but I would expect to get around 240 miles to a tank on that run so you should expect about 250 I would think..

Is that from 80L tank? Considering I get 420 miles out of tank of gas in the 2.2, 250 miles will be a bit more annoying as more filling up. But 80L does fit far better than the 90L I received.

I could live with 250, as that's a week's worth of fuel.

New clutch in the 2.2 would be cheaper... ::)

My 3.2 does 270 miles of commuting mileage (urban and A road mixed) reliably on an 80 litre tank and over 300 on a  motorway run. I'll be amazed if you don't get 270 to a tank on a 50 MPH plod up the M3 with a bit of urban traffic either end.
