Vvankers who never indicate where they are going at roundabouts and junctions.  ::)

My Samsung telly. Neo N95. It really is a complete crock of shite.
First world problems  ;D
Indeed, and I'd normally just shrug my shoulders over it. But it really is a piece of shit.  Completely unresponsive for the first minute or 2 after turning on, not even volume, so late at night it wakes everyone up.  The apps are crap, which means every time I have to restart a stream on ITVX - like every ad break - I have to sit through the same ads again.  It constantly renames the input sources based on god knows what, and doesn't list them as HDMI1/2/3/4, but decides to call most of them PC, nor are they in order, so you have to keep trying each one in turn (bearing in mind they change their positions in the list as well).

I fikcin' hate the piece of shit.
I recognise the unresponsive bit. We've got a 32" 3 year old one on a shelf in the kitchen, I turn it on to watch the six o'clock news while I'm out there at teatime and it takes ages before the remote actually does anything.
I get round this by turning it on at five to.  ;D
And.....I always remember to turn the volume down on the one in the living room before we go to bed. She gets up at 5:20 and I don't fancy being woken up at that time by breakfast tv at full volume.

.. and we're back to letting them "warm up" like we did in the valve days. ;D

Haha . In Spain drivers are taught to stay in the slow lane until their exit. Couple this with no one using indicators means it is fairly pointless having two or three or four lane roundabouts.

Especially those too lazy to drive round in the lane the started in.

Straight lining a multi lane roundabout in traffic is a pretty efficient way to get a door stoved in.

Today's gripe is the tard on a reasonably powerful motorbicycle ahead of me as I headed up the A29...

He'd pull away sharply enough then sit at the limit -10, and obviously had no working brake light as he'd pull up pretty suddenly at junctions. This coupled with the coating on his number plate which turned it into a mirror whenever the sun caught it so you couldn't actually see much of anything instantly marked him out as a total dick.

Swiftly despatched in second gear which caught him off guard. Hopefully someone plows into the back of him and puts him out of his misery before he gets to scam anyone.

Main road closed going to my workshop , had to take the posted diversion along single track lanes. Numpty f**ks coming the other way have no clue how to drive, bloody range rover not wanting to get wheels "dirty" and then when I got to a junction some idiot didnt want to back up . They only had to go back 2 car lengths but I would have had to back up a good few hundred feet to the first passing spot, Then when I drove around them to get out of their way they went tits on the horn . Tommy tankers.
Road was open when I came back as they were just removing cats eyes , that means they are going to ruin the surface with tar and chippings that will be ripped up before they have set by speeding idiots.
HS2 have a habit of closing main roads - designated tall load routes, so full of lorries etc - without warning, and diverting them onto single track lanes, with the inevitable result of total carnage when 2 trucks meet. I swear they are trying to make road travel near impossible to make people think that a vanity railway from Wormwood Scrubs to the rough end of centre Brum might be the saviour.

Clearly, it's having the opposite effect.

Yeah, we do that ;D, though often forget about the volume, or the telly sudden turns on one day not recognising the sound bar, so comes out quite loud from TV speakers.

Poxy piece of Korean shite.

Trouble is, what does work nowadays.  Seems all TVs are shite now.  As Kevin Wood says, its like going back to the old valve sets.

They are commonly fitted in holiday rentals (well, those that have decent sized ones), and seem OK aside from the (freeview) EPG is sluggish to load.  Despite the OLED, I think they also lack the picture quality of mine.

Also what is pissing me off is the significant uptick in Migalot's favourite dictator constantly poking our little, insignificant webserver for known vulnerabilities.

Well, if he succeeds, we'll have to have a whip round for the ransom.

Doesnt that bypass the point of a telly?

Yeah, the previous generation stuff was better.  My previous Sammy gave me zero grief, and the one before that was pretty good, just bulky for its relatively small screen size.
