Gas Guzzler does the job.
« on: 27 November 2008, 18:27:36 »

Just got back from Coventry after going to Leeds to pick up a car up for Timbuk.

RangeRover A-frame Ford Cougar

following the tramlines on the M1 was intresting to say the least ::) ::) ::)
It is alot heavier on the gas than the Miggy so it WON'T be staying long.
Saying that it towed the ford like it wasn't there.

The Best 4X4XFar ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

On the newer P38 Range Rovers with 4.0 and 4.6 they are prone to porous blocks.  It can be misdiagnosed as head gasket failure.  Last time we did one, the cost came to over £6k

Car was only worth about £2k

Where do you fill up on LPG?

I used to use Carver's building supplies on the Wolverhampton ring road. very cheap

Then opened an account at Lister Gases in Wednesbury, with a 24 hr self service pump. Not as cheap but on the way home.
