'babyliss for men i-trimmer' is the only way to go. u can set stuble length to the 0.5 of a mm from 0.5mm to 15mm and the latest model has a regular electric shaver attatchment. comes with a stand and a charger and when fully charged lasts me weeks without recharging.
I've got one of those. Don't like it. I bought it as a replacement for my Wahl trimmer when it wouldn't recharge any more. Eventually e-mailed Wahl and got a replacement battery for a couple of quid and I'm all set for another 10 years of trimming.
I've sported a trimmed beard for years, and I shave the unbearded bits with a Braun shaver - I'm on my third in about 30 years - highly recommended. Used to let the barber do the trimming, but now I have a lady hairdresser instead, and I don't trust her with the facial ornamentation.
I need to get hold of some proper moustache wax, as, being unemployed, I've cultivated a rather flamboyant upper lip decoration. Hair styling wax doesn't work.
(Had to stop using the first hair styling wax I tried - it worked reasonably well, but every time I sat in the armchair, the bl**dy cat jumped on me and tried to lick the wax of my moustache. Weird :-/)
