My 2p worth.

Kw had 2 options open to him in this matter

1) Contact an admin via pm to discuss the matter

2) Create a public post

The sensible approach would have been to take course of action no 1.

Those who wish to 'stir' choose option 2
Just how is it "stirring"?

But while we are on the subject of stirring/creating issues, surely if there was a "new" rule about swearing which included we can no longer even use blanking characters then....

1. Why was I the only one to get the PM, surely a public announcement would have been better?

2. Why are others (including ironically, the very same who think i'm a caveman) doing exactly what I've been told not to and getting away with it?

Double standards, or just a good old fashioned witch hunt?

Its quite simple.

We do not operate double standards at all.

Some members have history and those said members we have less tolerance with.

The said post started out a point where it was only going to go one way given the histpry of the originator and hence that lower (and self inflicted) level of tolerance was applied.

Admin applied the standard approach of delete and Pm the orginator.

That's the other thing, there was no PM sent.

Now regardless of the so called self infliction of being tolerated less (which is called bullying by the way as the original warning had been issued and noted), that doesn't excuse the lack of basic decency in letting people know what's going on - which in turn would see threads like this never start in the first place.

Hmmm, so why are here again....   ....you must have realised that the post was going to be close to the knuckle, given the several PMs we have had in the past  :-/. But again, you insist on pushing the limits of what you can get away with  :'(. Then we have to over analyse why/what/how.

This thread ought to be about you, as you swear more than most and have a terrible attitude towards people.

It's easy:

1. People are seldom what they pretend to be on a forum

2. If you tell people about your personal life on a public forum, you will be ridiculed. So don't do it.

3. If I upset you by insulting you or taking the piss, remember it's not really me, it's probably someone pretending to be horrible when they are really very nice.

Lesson continues when I feel like it.
