after this post i may not be around for a while. i am facing 2 years in prison tomorrow for something i cannot even remember doing just before i went in hosp in june. i have been in the pyschiatric ward at the scrubs and was released on conditional bail till tomorrow, thats why i am with my x wife at the moment. i am surrendering my bail tomorrow and i nwant them to put me on remand even though i am going for re bail to be sent for crown court and my trial. its my choice its what i want even though its going to upset a few people.i have been told i wont get prison because of all thats happened to me and  its been a long hard stressfull year for me and its not getting any easier. i just wanted everyone on here to know cause i hate lying and decieving people. so judge me as you like it does not matter to me anymore. so take care all and hope to be back in the near future

Absolutely! don't be daft, and do not go for remand, if you get a non custodial then time served will not count.

Richie, up until the 7th April this year, i had been on bail since June 2009 for something i didnt do. I had almost 18 months of living as a shadow of my former self (those that frequent the other Vx site that is not Mig may know my problem). I tried to take my life once and was almost sectioned by my gp but i managed to keep it together just long enough.
I truly hope that whatever it is that has caused you this grief is resolved soon.
