anyone suffer high cholestoral???

as above. had some routine blood tests done and the results are fine in every department apart from the above. i am at 6.5 when you should be between 3 and 5 apparently. theyve scared me a little bit as i need to make an urgent docs app. as i'm ''critical''  :( theyre going to shove me on tabs straight away.

i didnt think i was particularly bad health wise. just shows ya. anyone else suffer from this???

ps most disturbing thing im only 28!!!  :( :( :( :(

Dunno about mine,never had it tested.My motto is if it ain't broke don't fix it. ;D

I was, but a cardiac arrest (with two bump starts from a booster pack) half a dozen stents inserted as required and a daily shedload of tabs, well, all good now!   ;D

If it needs sorting, then get it done sharpish.  You might not be 15 feet from the backdoors of a paramedic crew when the skinny guy with the big black hoodie and knife on a stick comes to call!  ;D   :y

you will have no symptoms , until...

eat less meat,drink some wine (not bottles everyday) and exercise daily.. will be fine after..

you will have no symptoms , until...

eat less meat,drink some wine (not bottles everyday) and exercise daily.. will be fine after..

don,t worry too much,3or4 yrs ago Iwas diagnosed,just
over 6..every year since,they moved the goal posts,
get below 6
then 5
then 4,at present I,m 3.6. the tablets work fine,you just have to cut down on fat intake.( blood pressure and blood sugar levels)are next,common sence eating is the key.. :) :)
