i had a check up last year, blood pressure was 113/60, Cholesterol 3.8 and Glucose 5.8  :)

good values..  :y

Not bad considering my alcohol intake is quite considerable  ::)

No binge drinking but quite often see off a bottle of Wine most nights with the Mrs, often going out for meals too, more booze, Southern Comfort & Lemonade is also refreshing and often consumed.

Staying off booze for this week, apart from tonight going to a Champagne Bar  ;D

any alcoholic drink which is consumed more than a couple of glasses will tire your liver..

says the imam ;D :P

Tell me about it, I've been out more more meals in the last 6 months than last 6 years.
