hi im in the process of putting the engine and gearbox from an omega 2.5 v6 into a saxo vts. the project is going good so far, but im in the process of sorting out the wiring.
im am trying to wire up the dash but im struggle with the speedo, i was wondering does anyone know where the omega speed sensor is located

I think its part of the ABS but someone with a better knowledge of the system will no doubt be able to put you right

2 much weight 4 a small car and not a great deal of power. a good vts will smoke it. :'(

Gearbox!

Does this mean it is going to be correct wheel drive?

Does this mean it is going to be correct wheel drive?

Snap! I was just about post this. Due to the saxo being so light I hope you are running a LSD  8-) I wonder how much extra can be tweaked out by using the cams from the 3L, exhaust work and direct cold air feed.

Get some pics up as this sounds interesting  :y

Agreed, I have R888s (track day tyres) on the mr2 and that really is a go cart :D

 :o No, that would be FWD as in Mini, show me a same size car in rwd that will beat it, in standard spec, is there one?? ::) ::) ::)
