Although I have been driving an Omega for about 6 years now, i havent until this week done a journey of much more than 100 miles. I have driven two journeys of just over 300 miles this week, and I must say I am disappointed in the level of comfort of the drivers seat. On both journeys my lower back was in some discomfort After about 150 miles. I tried adjusting the lumbar support, but that made it worse. The least worst setting was with the least support on the adjustment.
Also had discomfort in shoulders, neck and left leg - maybe I,m just finally falling apart.

It felt as though something at the lower part of the seat back was digging into my back. The heater pad ? :-/
Would add that these are standard cloth seats.
Just to be a tad more controversial, I can remember driving my old Senator (with leather) to Stranraer (approx. 450 miles) with only a brief fuel stop, and I felt as fresh as a daisy when I got there. Could happily have turned round and driven straight back where I came from. Although I was 10 years younger then
